This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms applicable to all purchases made through Sunbaked. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the terms below.

⚠️ Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through Sunbaked are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellation requests once an order has been submitted.

Customers are responsible for verifying all order information, including product selection, size, quantity, and shipping address, prior to completing checkout.

📦 Shipping, Lost & Delivered Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the designated carrier, responsibility for the delivery of the package rests with the carrier.

If the carrier's tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but the package cannot be located, the customer must contact the carrier directly and initiate a delivery investigation or claim.

Sunbaked is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after shipment. We do not issue refunds or replacement orders for packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.

🌎 International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

All such charges are determined by the applicable customs or governmental authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Sunbaked has no control over these charges and does not include them in the purchase price or checkout total unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they understand the applicable import requirements and potential charges associated with international orders before completing their purchase.

💳 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers must contact Sunbaked regarding any order or payment concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is filed, Sunbaked reserves the right to submit relevant documentation to the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or dispute-resolution service. Such documentation may include order details, payment records, shipping information, tracking records, and proof of fulfillment or delivery.

Accounts associated with fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized payment activity may be restricted from placing future orders.

📐 Sizing Policy

Customers are solely responsible for selecting the appropriate size when placing an order.

All Sunbaked products are offered in ADULT sizing unless the individual product listing expressly states otherwise. Sunbaked does not offer youth sizing.

Due to our final-sale policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges resulting from incorrect size selection.

Customers who are uncertain about sizing are strongly encouraged to contact us before placing an order.
